Return & Exchanges

At KZASRE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet these conditions:
- Be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
- Be in the original condition as received (no stains, odors, or alterations).
- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at sales@kzasre.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your payment provider).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you used a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
- Color or style changes (subject to stock availability)
If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the price difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@kzasre.com with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

9. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- All prices and transactions are in USD.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
